Synertec has been recognised as a WORK180 Endorsed Employer for All Women, an independent endorsement reflecting the company’s workplace policies, benefits and commitment to transparency.

WORK180 is an Australian jobs network that connects women with employers who are open about their policies, benefits and workplace culture, helping people make more informed decisions about where they work. Organisations endorsed by WORK180 are assessed against a set of criteria covering areas such as flexible working, parental leave and inclusion.

The endorsement reflects where Synertec stands today and supports an ongoing commitment to continuously improving workplace practices. It sits alongside initiatives like The Remarkables, Synertec’s women’s network, as part of a broader approach to ensuring support for women across the business is both visible and verifiable.

Synertec’s work with WORK180 is ongoing. The team will continue reviewing policies and evolving practices, because being a genuinely inclusive employer is not a destination. It is a standard Synertec holds itself to.

Built into the business

The Remarkables is Synertec’s women’s network. It brings together women from different teams, disciplines and locations to learn, share and grow alongside each other.

The program runs through quarterly sessions; each built around a theme that matters to how people work and where they’re headed. Topics include personal branding, professional development, psychological safety, peak performance and productivity, and career clarity for the next performance period.

Every session is designed to leave our team members with something they can apply straight away, whether that’s a sharper sense of direction, a new perspective or a stronger connection with someone in a different part of the business.

It’s structured enough to build momentum over time, and open enough to meet people wherever they are in their careers.
