Synertec Capabilities

Control panels serve as the central intelligence of industrial systems, gathering input from sensors and sending commands to equipment to adjust operations, ensuring systems run at peak efficiency. As a critical component of any industrial setup, control panels must be designed and constructed to meet rigorous operational standards and certification requirements.

The process begins with our multi-discipline team of specialist engineers and drafting personnel, who handle the design, documentation, and approval of the control panel. Fabrication follows, where we collaborate closely with trusted panel fabricators, including ADX, Decon, Furst, and Trivantage. Throughout the build phase, our team conducts thorough inspections and rigorous testing, while managing every aspect of cost, timeline, and subcontractor coordination.

Once fabrication is complete, Synertec conducts early-stage Factory Acceptance Testing (preFAT), which involves a comprehensive system test to identify and correct any defects. This is followed by a final, client-witnessed Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). After passing these tests, the control panels are carefully packaged and delivered to the site, where Synertec oversees the installation in its final location.

Upon successful installation, we conduct Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), which includes point-to-point testing and hardware checks. Following this, we provide the client with a test report and defect list, and manage the resolution of any remaining issues in collaboration with the supplier, ensuring full client sign-off at the end of the project.
